Special treatments give Weldstop fabrics a higher temperature resistance from 600ºC (radiant heat) up to 1000ºC (molten metal globules). Weldstop fabrics (product reference: Z1687/409) are suitable for heavy duty welding/cutting operations, 'hot works' and also fire cavity barriers.
Weldstop fabrics benefit from superior tensile strength and abrasion resistance. With certification to BS 476 part 4 / Class ‘0’ Building Regulation Conformity and BS 476 part 20 (wherein a 1 hour integrity rating was achieved).
Our Weldstop fabrics are used throughout the world on oil rigs, construction and building sites, factories, gas and petrochemical plants, oil refineries, etc.
